The villa, situated in a region of Terrasini, a nice village that overloooks on the sea of the province in Palermo, was built in the 800's and it belonged to the ancient estate of hunting of the Duke of Orleans, that today doesn't exist; it's located in the land surrounded by splendid secular plants of citrus fruit.
As it is absorbed in the green and in the coolness of the land, the structure also offers the advantage to be at only 1 km, 5 minutes by car, from one of the most beautiful places of sea in Palermo, offering furtherly the possibility to reach in brief times two of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Sicily: Scopello e San Vito Lo Capo.
The main core of the structure, dated to the 800's, has been widened in the years, always maintaining the style of the original structure; the last restructuring is dated to only 5 years ago.
It takes advantage of a good start position to do excursions in all Sicily, indeed it's far only 3 kms from the nearer motorway and few kilometers from places of historical and cultural interest such as:
Palermo: 30 km, Segesta: 25 Km, Erice e Isole Egadi: 60 Km, Selinunte: 70 km.
The villa is composed of 2 matrimonial rooms, one of them with adjacent bath, mansard with matrimonial bed, 1 double room, a bath, an ample salon with fireplace, a great kitchen. The apartment is elegantly furnished.
